What are the directions for preparing the Streusel Coffee Cake in a Bundt® Pan?
Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt® pan with solid shortening; lightly flour. Or, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake as directed on package. To assemble, sprinkle 1/2 of streusel mix into bottom of pan. Pour 1/2 of batter (about 2 cups) over streusel. Sprinkle with remaining streusel. Spread with remaining batter. Bake at 350°F. for 40-50 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes. Invert cake onto serving platter. Cool completely. To glaze, squeeze glaze packet 10 to 15 times before opening. Cut off small corner of glaze packet. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake. Store loosely covered.

Can I substitute egg whites for whole eggs?
If desired, substitute 4 egg whites or 3/4 cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed, for whole eggs.
