Can I make pancakes from the muffin mix?Use your favorite Pillsbury® Muffin Mix to enjoy a variety of pancake flavors. To prepare, heat griddle or skillet to 350°F. Grease lightly with oil. Combine in a medium bowl: 1 egg, slightly beaten, 3/4 cup milk and Muffin Mix. Mix well. The batter will be lumpy. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Cook 1-2 minutes or until bubbles begin to break on surface, turn and continue to cook until golden.
Yield: 8 pancakes.
How do I make Mini-Muffins?Muffins can be baked in 24 greased mini-muffin cups. Fill mini-muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 450° for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown.
