Streusel Coffee Cake Frequently Asked Questions

What are the directions for preparing streusel coffee cake in a Bundt® Pan?
Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt® pan with solid shortening. Lightly flour or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake as directed on package. To assemble, sprinkle half the streusel mix into bottom of pan. Pour half the batter (about 2 cups) over streusel. Sprinkle with remaining streusel. Spread with remaining batter. Bake at 350°F for 40–50 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes. Invert cake onto serving platter. Cool completely. To glaze, squeeze glaze packet 10–15 times before opening. Can I substitute egg whites for whole eggs?
If desired, substitute 4 egg whites or 3/4 cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed, for whole eggs.
