Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Step 2Combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • Step 3Bake 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool slightly.
  • Step 4Combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, coconut and pecans in medium bowl. Pour over partially baked crust.
  • Step 5Bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until set in center. Cool. Cut into bars.
