Ingredients
  • No-stick cooking spray
  • 2 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST™ Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons quick rise yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk (120° to 130°F)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 8x4-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt in large bowl. Beat in milk with electric mixer on MEDIUM speed until combined. Add eggs and butter. Beat 2 minutes until smooth. Cover. Let rest in warm place 10 minutes.
  • Step 3Stir dough. Place in prepared pan. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake 40 to 42 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
