Ingredients
  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 container Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Hot Pink Vanilla Flavored Frosting
  • 24 lollipop sticks
  • 1 container Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Bold Purple Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 375°F. Beat cookie mix, butter, flour and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Roll dough on lightly floured surface to 3/8-inch thickness. Cut with 1 1/2 to 2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter to make 30 stars. Place stars, 3 inches apart, on baking sheets. Gently insert 1-inch tip of lollipop sticks into each star, resting stick on baking sheet.
  • Step 2Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely on baking sheet before holding with stick.
  • Step 3Frost tops to cookies with pink frosting. Sprinkle immediately with colored sugar from frosting. Decorate with purple frosting, if desired. Package cookies individually in small cellophane bags, if desired. Tie decorative ribbon around sticks to enclose.
