Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Pillsbury™ Purely Simple™ White Cake & Cupcake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup Pillsbury™ Purely Simple™ Buttercream Frosting Mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon water
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Line 6 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Blend cake mix and melted butter in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Add milk and egg. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Divide evenly into prepared muffin cups.
  • Step 2Bake 19 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely.
  • Step 3Beat frosting mix and softened butter in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Blend in water. Beat on high speed 1 minute or until creamy. Frost cupcakes as desired.
