Ingredients
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Purely Simple™ Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
  • Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix per package directions
  • 3/4 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 jar Smucker's® Simple Delight™ Salted Caramel Topping, divided
  • Vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • Sweetened whipped cream
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 9-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions using oil, water and egg. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until almost set.
  • Step 2Sprinkle pecans over brownie layer. Drizzle with 1/2 cup caramel topping tilting pan to spread evenly. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until topping is bubbly and pecans are lightly browned. Cool completely.
  • Step 3Cut brownies into squares. Place in serving dishes. Top with ice cream. Drizzle with remaining caramel topping, as desired. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
