Caramel Pecan Cupcakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® White Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 Pillsbury™ Vanilla Frosting Bag (or Pillsbury vanilla frosting in a piping bag fitted with an open star tip)
Chocolates with caramel filling
Mini pretzels
Pecan halves
Salted Caramel sauce
Toasted coconut
Chopped Pecans
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Mix salted caramel sauce, toasted coconut & chopped pecans together . Set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake cupcakes according to the directions on the package. Let cool completely.
Step 3
Create cupcake toppers by stacking the pretzels, chocolate caramel candy and pecan halves. Place them in the oven at 325 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and slightly push down pecans. Let cool completely.
Step 4
Remove the center of the cupcake and fill with coconut pecan filling. Top with Vanilla frosting, salted caramel drizzle and cooled pretzels topper.
