Chocolate Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Frosting & Caramel Drizzle
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Chocolate Premium Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Salted Caramel Flavored Frosting
¼ jar Caramel Topping
Crushed Toffee Bits (optional)
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Set oven to 350°F. Line pan with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, beat 1 box cake mix, water, eggs, and oil per package instructions.
Step 2
Pour batter into cupcake pan; fill each cupcake liner half way for 24 cupcakes. Bake for 19-23 minutes per package instructions.
Step 3
Let cupcakes cool completely before decorating. Spoon salted caramel frosting into large pastry bag fitted with large open tip, or plastic bag with corner tip cut.
Step 4
Frost cupcakes and use a spoon to drizzle caramel over cupcakes. Top with crushed toffee bits (optional).
