Chocolate Raspberry Cookie Bars Recipe

1 box Pillsbury™ Raspberry Filled Chocolate Stuffed Cookie Kit
Ingredients per package directions
1/2 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cream Cheese Frosting
Freeze dried raspberries, optional
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375℉. Prepare cookie batter according to box instructions.
Step 2
LINE a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. Spread half the cookie dough evenly into the dish, and layer on raspberry filling. Top with remaining cookie dough. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let cool.
Step 3
REMOVE all foil bits from the frosting tub. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted and pourable. Stir and pour over the cooled cookie.Top with freeze dried raspberries.
Step 4
REFRIGERATE for 1 hour or until frosting has set. Cut into 12 pieces and serve!
