

Coconut Lime Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 package Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Coconut Cake Mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 large eggs
Zest from 2 limes
1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Frosting
1/2 cup toasted coconut
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Step 2
Prepare the cake mix according to package baking instructions for 24 cupcakes. Zest limes and add 1 tablespoon zest to cake batter. Reserve remaining zest for garnish.
Step 3
Bake and cool according to package baking instructions.
Step 4
Top with vanilla frosting and garnish with toasted coconut and lime zest.
