Coffee Cup Cake
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons Pillsbury BEST™ Self Rising Flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon French Vanilla flavored coffee, pre-made
1 tablespoon cream
1 tablespoon Pure Canola Oil
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipped cream
4 tablespoons Seedless Strawberry Jam
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
ADD all ingredients except chocolate chips to microwave-safe coffee cup. Whisk with fork.
Step 2
STIR in chocolate chips. Microwave 45 to 60 seconds, depending on desired doneness or texture.
Step 3
TOP with whipped cream and jam.
