Coffee Donuts Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Devil’s Food Cake Mix (or your favorite Pillsbury chocolate cake mix)
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
Brewed coffee or cold brew, at room temperature
1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Coffee Flavored Frosting
Chopped pecans
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. Prepare batter according to package directions, but replace water with coffee. Bake in prepared donut pan for 7-9 minutes or until the tops of the donuts spring back when touched. Let cool completely.
Step 2
Remove all traces of foil from the coffee frosting. Microwave 30 seconds to 45 seconds or until frosting is runny.
Step 3
Dip donuts in frosting, then top with chopped pecans. Let sit 15 minutes for frosting to cool. Enjoy!
