Easter Basket Cupcakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box of Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Spring Cake & Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
1 tub of Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Spring Vanilla Frosting
Rainbow colored licorice twists
Jelly beans
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions using water, oil and eggs for cupcakes. Cool completely.
Step 2
FROST cupcakes with an offset spatula or a butter knife. Add jelly beans in the middle of the “basket”. Add sprinkles from the frosting lid.
Step 3
PLACE a rainbow colored licorice twist to create the “handle”. Serve and enjoy!
