2 boxes Pillsbury Funfetti® Premium Cake & Cupcake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions

2 tubs Pillsbury Funfetti® Vanilla Flavored Frosting

Food coloring

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 3 (6-inch) round cake pans and 1 (6x6) square cake pan with no-stick cooking spray. Dust with flour or gluten free flour blend. Prepare cake mix according to package directions using water, oil and eggs. Divide evenly into prepared pans. Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack to cool completely.

Cut a 3-inch circle in the middle of each round cake using a bowl or stencil. Cut two circle cakes evenly in half and set them aside. Cut off a quarter of the remaining circle and set the cut circle aside. Cut a straight line down a third of the square cake. Cut the third in half and set it aside.

Step 3

Assemble one half-circle facing to the left and the ¾ circle directly underneath it, facing the same direction to create the number ‘3’. Next to it, place one-half circle facing down towards the top. Place the ⅓ strip that had been cut in half underneath on each side. Place the remaining half circle facing up to create the number ‘0’. Any remaining scraps can be used for snacking or cake pops.

Step 4

Dye white frosting with food coloring of your choice. Frost the number cake, decorate as desired and top with candy bits from frosting.
