INGREDIENTS

1 Package Pillsbury™ The Elf on the Shelf® Hot Cocoa Cookie Mix

1/2 Cup butter, softened

1 Egg

1 Cup mini marshmallows

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

HEAT: oven to 375°F. Lightly spray mini muffin/cupcake pan with non-stick baking spray.

STEP 2

PREPARE: cookie mix according to package instructions using softened butter and egg. Form dough by rounded teaspoons. Place into mini muffin/cupcake pan.

STEP 3

BAKE at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and press 3-4 mini marshmallows on top of each cookie cup. Place back in oven for 2 minutes or until the marshmallows start to puff.
