Funfetti® Ghost Fringe Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Halloween Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
1-2 tubs Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Midnight Black Chocolate Frosting
1-2 tubs Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Slime Vanilla Frosting
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Frosting
Piping bags
Grass piping tip (number 234)
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions for 3 6” layers. Cool completely. Optional: Level cakes with a serrated knife to remove rounded tops of cakes.
Step 2
PLACE first cake round onto a serving plate. Add Midnight Black frosting and spread evenly for one layer. Top with second cake round. Add Slime Vanilla frosting and spread evenly. Top with the third cake layer.
Step 4
SPOON frosting tubs into piping bags fitted with grass piping tips (number 234). Pipe ghosts all over the cake, alternating between black, green and white frostings.
Step 5
ADD candy eyeballs included with Slime frosting onto each ghost. Top with remaining sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!
