Gingerbread Sugar Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 package Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 Teaspoon allspice
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon ginger
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons molasses or dark brown sugar
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare cookies according to package instructions, but mix in the spice mix and molasses or dark brown sugar. Note: if you don’t have all of the spices, feel free to leave them out or substitute with more cinnamon or ginger.
Step 2
Remove all traces of foil from the frosting. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Pour into a bowl. Dip each cookie into the frosting and let excess drip off.
