Funfetti® Heart Cupcake Cones Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Valentine’s Cake and Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
24 ice cream jumbo cake cones (about 2 ¾-inches tall with flat bottoms)
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Valentine’s Frosting
Heart-shaped silicone cupcake liners
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Grease heart-shaped silicone cupcake liners with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
ARRANGE silicone cupcake liners on a baking sheet. Spoon a scant 3 tablespoons batter into each cupcake liner cavity. (Do not overfill.) Place an inverted cupcake cone on top of each silicone cupcake liner.
Step 3
BAKE for 17-22 minutes. Cool completely. Carefully invert the cupcake cones and remove the silicone liner.
Step 4
FROST cupcakes with a frosting spatula or butter knife. Roll the edges in sprinkles from frosting lid.
