Mini Bunny Cake Cups Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box of Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Strawberry Cake & Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
2-3 tubs of Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Frosting
Strawberry jam
Piping bags
Piping tip (number 2A)
Small plastic cups
Large marshmallows
Pink sanding sugar
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions using water, oil and eggs for 9x13 baking pan. Cool completely.
Step 2
CUT the cooled cake into small cubes.
Step 3
SPOON jelly into a piping bag. Spoon frosting into a piping bag fitted with an open round piping tip (number 2A).
Step 4
LAYER cups with cake cubes, jelly and frosting. Repeat until cups are filled. Add sprinkles from frosting lids.
Step 5
USING a scissor under adult supervision, carefully cut a large marshmallow diagonally to create the “ears”. Place the sticky sides down onto pink sanding sugar. Add to each cup and repeat as necessary. Serve and enjoy!
