Mint Chocolate Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Devil’s Food Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® White Frosting
Green food coloring
Mint flavoring
Mint chocolate candy
Chocolate bar
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare cupcakes according to package instructions. Let cool completely.
Step 2
In a bowl, add frosting, 3 drops of food coloring, and 1 drop of mint flavoring. Mix together. Add to a piping bag with a closed, star tip. Frost a swirl on top of each cupcake.
Step 3
Using a vegetable peeler, “peel” small pieces of chocolate on top of the cupcake. Place mint chocolate candy on top.
