Pot of Gold Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Yellow Cake Mix, or your favorite variety
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® White Frosting, colored green
Rainbow candy belt
Mini marshmallows
Cereal Treats
Gold food coloring
Chocolate Caramels
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare cupcakes according to package instructions. Let cool completely.
Step 2
Prepare a piping bag with a grass piping tip. Fill the bag with frosting. Pipe cupcakes.
Step 3
Take the Rolo and turn it upside down. Cut a small portion of the rice krispies and place on top of the Rolo. Paint with food coloring. Place “pot of gold” to one side of the cupcake.
Step 4
Place 2-3 mini marshmallows on the opposite side of the cupcake. Bridge the two sides using a piece of rainbow candy belt cut to the necessary length.
