Pride Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 package Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake & Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions
2 tubs Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Additional sprinkles (optional)
Rainbow candies (optional)
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Set oven to 350°. Line pan with 24 cupcake liners.
Step 2
Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Fill prepared cupcake cups until two-thirds full.
Step 3
Bake at 350° for 19 to 23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
Step 4
Once cupcakes have cooled, frost all cupcakes. Garnish tops with sprinkles. Place frosting into a piping bag or Ziploc bag with corner tip cut and pipe a swirl on top of cupcake. To assemble pride flag, insert colored toothpick through corner of striped sour candy.
Step 5
Fill plastic glasses two-thirds full with rainbow candies. Place one cupcake in each glass.
