Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 package Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Red Velvet Cake Mix
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting
Piping bag fitted with medium round tip
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
COMBINE cake mix, oil and eggs until a dough forms. Scoop and flatten dough into circular patties, using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
Step 3
BAKE for 10-11 minutes. Let cool completely. Reserve 1-2 cookies and finely crush. Add cream cheese frosting to the piping bag and pipe swirls on top of each cookie. Then top with crushed cookie. Serve and enjoy!
