Shark Mini Cake Trays Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake and Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
1-2 tubs Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Aqua Blue Vanilla Frosting
1 package OREO® Sandwich Cookies
Mini disposable cake trays
Piping bag
Piping tip (number 2A)
Graham cracker crumbs
Candy sharks
Honey bear crackers
Gummy candies
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Step 2
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions. Grease mini disposable cake trays with non-stick cooking spray. Place 3 three cookies in the bottom of each pan. Fill each pan halfway with cake batter.
Step 3
BAKE at 350°F for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
Step 4
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with an open round piping tip (number 2A). Pipe frosting onto ¾ of each tray to create the “waves”. Top the remaining cake with crushed graham crackers for the “sand”. Top the “waves” with sprinkles from frosting lid and candy sharks. Add honey bear crackers on top of round gummy candies on the sand.
