Funfetti® Strawberry Pound Cake with Vanilla Filling Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Funfetti® Strawberry Cake & Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Whipped Funfetti® Vanilla Frosting
4 tubs Funfetti® Hot Pink Vanilla Flavored Frosting

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions in a 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted all the way through comes out clean. Tent cake with foil halfway through baking if desired to prevent excess browning on top. Cool completely.
Step 2
INVERT cake and using a piping tip, make 6-8 holes in the bottom of the cake and remove cake from the piping tip each time. Spoon Funfetti vanilla frosting into piping bag without a piping tip. Pipe vanilla frosting into each cavity in the cake. Smooth frosting with a knife. Flip cake right side up.
Step 3
REMOVE all foil bits from Funfetti hot pink frosting tub. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted and pourable. Pour frosting over cake and top with sanding sugar from frosting lid.
