Step 1

COMBINE cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl. Blend with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill baking cups 2/3 full.

Step 3

BAKE 19 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Spread with frosting. Garnish as desired.
